Everyone has one or more favorite snacks they reach for every now and then. As someone who has Celiac, I used to think there weren’t any gluten free snacks for me other than fruit, nuts, veggies, and other whole foods. I was so wrong! Obviously, choosing to eat real, whole foods is the optimal way to nourish yourself. However, sometimes you need something quick, easy, and delicious.
Today, I have a list of 15 satisfying gluten free snacks you can get at the store. We will discuss the sweet and the savory!
Where to find gluten free snacks
Gluten free snacks can really be found everywhere! There are many snack foods that are naturally gluten free like most plain potato chips, popcorn, nuts, tortilla chips, and more! For the snacks like these, double check the ingredients list to make sure everything looks safe.
There are also snacks that are gluten free versions of things that would pretty much usually have gluten. These are snacks like cookies, granola bars, pretzels, etc. For these ones, the words “gluten free” appear more prominently to show that they are specifically gluten free options. These are the snacks that will be most abundant in this list.

Gratify Gluten Free Pretzels

Gratify is a great gluten free brand, with multiple pretzel options including, thins, twists, and sticks. My favorite are the Everything Thins, seasoned with everything bagel seasoning. These pretzels have the best texture, and an even better taste!

Snyder is such a popular pretzel brand, but did you know they have gluten free pretzels too? They currently offer Gluten Free Pretzel Rods, Pretzel Sticks (plain and honey mustard & onion), Mini Pretzels, and Pretzel Pieces (Cinnamon Brown Sugar and Hot Buffalo Wing). Before I was diagnosed with Celiac I really enjoyed the Cheddar Cheese Pretzel Pieces. I hope they eventually make them gluten free!
Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers

I love just about everything from Simple Mills. The ingredients used in their products are typically minimal and top tier. The Almond flour crackers are perfect. At first they have a unique flavor, but that flavor has become so desirable to me that these are currently my favorite crackers. I enjoy these plain, with dip, or with cheese slices. They currently come in a few flavors: Fine Ground Sea Salt, Rosemary & Sea Salt, Farmhouse Cheddar, Cracked Black Pepper, and Sun Dried Tomato & Basil.
Siete Grain Free Tortilla Chips

While most plain tortilla chips are already gluten free, I figured I would add a more unique type of tortilla chip to this list. These have such a unique flavor and texture because they are made with Cassava flour as the main ingredient. These chips come in the following flavors: Sea Salt, Lime, Fuego, Ranch, Nacho, No Salt, and Churro Strips
Angie’s Boom Chicka Pop

You have probably heard of Boom Chicka Pop, one of the most popular pre popped popcorn brands (although they do offer microwavable popcorn as well). All varieties are certified gluten free and come in the following flavors: Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn, Sea Salt, White Cheddar, Light Kettle Corn, Real Butter, Cheddar Cheese, Caramel and Cheddar Mix, and Dark Chocolate Flavored Kettle Corn.

Mary’s Gone Crackers is a fun gluten free brand with several types of crackers (and more!)
This brand offers Original, Herb, and in their “Super Seed” line, Classic, Basil + Garlic, Everything, Jalapeno, Seaweed + Black Sesame Seed, and Rosemary. They also offer their “Real Thin” variety that are rectangular as opposed to the previous circular shaped crackers. These come in flavors like Sea Salt, Olive Oil + Black Pepper, and Garlic Rosemary.
KA-ME Rice Crackers

These crackers were a favorite of mine even before my gluten free lifestyle began. Their website states that the unique flavor is due to the jasmine rice used. Additionally, they are crunchy, salty, and perfect!

Soft cookies are a bit difficult to find gluten free and from the store. Enjoy Life has some of the softest, most delicious cookies out there! They are small, but ultra satisfying. They come in the flavors: Monster, Sunseed Butter Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Rasin, Gingerbread Spice, Snickerdoodle, Double Chocolate Brownie, and Chocolate Chip.
If you like hard cookies more, Enjoy Life also has a line of “crunchy” cookies! These flavors include: Birthday Cake, Strawberry Lemonade, Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, and Vanilla Honey Graham.
Made Good Cookies

Made Good is a gluten free and organic brand with some great cookies. What makes them unique is that all cookies include notable amounts of vitamin D, A, E, and B6! The flavors are chocolate chip, vanilla, snickerdoodle, and double chocolate. They also have mini packs that are soft cookies, which are my personal favorite. They are perfectly satisfying and not too sweet.
Simple Mills Cookies
Simple Mills makes another appearance in this list for their delicious cookies. As previously mentioned, the ingredients used in Simple Mills products are unbeatable. Their crunchy cookies come in the flavors Chocolate Chip, Toasted Pecan, and Double Chocolate. They also have sandwich cookies stuffed with nut butter. These are Cocoa Cashew Creme and Creamy Peanut Butter.
Goodie Girl Cookies

Goodie Girl is such a fun gluten free brand. They have such a variety of gluten free cookies and snacks including sandwich cookies, crunchy cookies, fudge dipped cookies, and even breakfast biscuits. To start, I love their birthday cake flavored sandwich cookies the most, but a runner up would have to be the Fudge Striped cookies. They have animal crackers, brown sugar cookies, mint cookies, and much more!

Bobo’s is a brand with a large variety of oat based snacks. They have oat bars, bites, “PB&Js”, dipped bars, toaster pastries (pictured), and protein bars.
For this list, I will include the oat bars and toaster pastries. The flavors of bars are Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Coconut, Banana Chocolate Chip, Original, Peanut Butter, Almond Butter, Lemon Poppy Seed, Apple Pie, Dark Chocolate Almond with Sea Salt, Coconut Almond Chocolate Chip, and some dipped flavors!
The toaster pastry flavors are Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Apple Pie, Strawberry Jam, and Raspberry.
The hearty oats combined with the semi sweet flavors creates ultra satisfying snacks that are definitely a favorite of mine.
Angie’s Boom Chicka Pop Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn
I mentioned Angie’s in this list for savory and salty snacks, but this brand also fulfills my sweet tooth! The Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn is the most delicious sweet and salty snack out there! It comes pre-made and in microwavable bags. The delicious kettle corn taste with a salty kick makes for the perfect crunchy treat.
Heavenly Hunks

This delicious gluten free snack is appropriately named because they are just so satisfying. The dense, oat filled squares are ultra filling and have the perfect level of sweetness. Simple Mills Soft Baked Almond Flour Bars
The slightly sweet soft baked bars from simple mills are so satisfying. They come in flavors like Spiced Carrot Cake, Chocolate Brownie, Nutty Banana Bread, and Dark Chocolate Almond. Also, these bars are satisfyingly soft which makes them a top tier healthy comfort snack.
