This healthy almond flour bread recipe is yeast free, so it is as simple as can be!

This recipe uses only wholesome ingredients that create a high fiber, high protein, and perfectly nutritious gluten free bread.
Almond flour: the main ingredient here
tapioca flour/ starch: a perfect accompaniment for the almond flour
Flax meal: adding fiber, protein, and omega 3s to balance out the almond flour
Eggs: my binder of choice
Apple Cider Vinegar: perfect acid ingredient for this recipe
Olive oil: just a bit for the perfect amount of moisture
Salt: to taste
Baking soda: rising agent
What makes this bread so easy?
This recipe only uses one bowl and is unique from other bread recipes for a simple reason: no yeast! Not using yeast means that the dough comes together much more quickly. Just mix everything into one bowl and you’re done!
This is perfect for when you have no bread on hand and have to whip up a batch real quick.

Almond Flour Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cups almond flour
- 6 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup flax meal
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray loaf or sheet pan with oil and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, oil, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add flours, baking soda, salt, and flax meal. Whisk until completely combined.
- Pour batter into pan and place in the oven.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes.
- Prepare however you like and enjoy!
